We do offer free freight, but when we do, it typically means we are meeting a vendor requirement for same and are simply passing the savings on to you.

We do what we can to ensure all orders are shipped as promptly and as safely as possible using the most advantageous carrier. Advantageous being that method which provides the best overall safe and prompt delivery of your order. We offer Free Shipping to reasonable locations in the Contiguous USA of most orders for this product over $1,500.00. Most Orders under 80 lb. ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Most Orders over 80 lb. ship via most advantageous Motor Freight (LTL) Carrier.

Reasonable locations are safe, easily accessed, within the carriers typical delivery coverage area and without special handling requirements like scheduling, wait time, inside delivery, or lift gate service. Shipments can typically also be made to these locations, only with special arrangements best made in advance and often with additional charges Delivery via Motor (LTL) Freight is to commercial locations with a lift truck for unloading.

Orders Under 80 lb. :

• Most courier shipments are processed the same to next business day, with transit times communicated in business days and with business days excluding weekends and holidays. Products may ship separately from different warehouses and available shipping methods vary depending on the products ordered and their respective shipping destinations. Shipments to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, etc. are considered and handled as international shipments and it is the recipient’s responsibility to satisfy all applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, and other clearance fees. Brokerage and Handling charges are incurred when a third party imports a product for you. These fees are collected by the courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, etc.

Orders Over 80 lb., Motor Freight Shipments, Special Handling :

• For Orders over 80 lb., requiring carriage via Motor Freight, or with other special handling requirements which do not qualify for free shipping, please contact us to confirm shipping details prior to placing an order. Rates and other details for these shipments can vary based on factors including the product, weight, pieces, location, handling requirements, etc. Motor Freight shipments are for safe, easily accessed, commercial locations with a lift truck for unloading and should not be arranged for residential or other locations which are not able to reasonably accommodate the size and maneuverability required by Motor Freight. If you require product that must be shipped via Motor Freight but are not at a commercial location, we can arrange to ship to an alternate commercial location or have the shipment held at a local freight terminal for you to pickup.
